Emmanuel, Stratford (formerly March Rapids), Wis., celebrated its 125th anniversary in June.

On Oct. 21, Luther Preparatory School, Watertown, Wis., celebrated the ministry anniversaries of Matthew Crass, pastor, 40 years; Randy Bode, teacher, 40 years; Ryan Stangl, teacher, 25 years; and Steven Vasold, teacher, 25 years.

Christ Alone, Arlington, Tenn., launched its first public worship service on Oct. 26. Seventy-one people attended, with 21 being first-time guests. This congregation was approved in spring 2025 as part of WELS’ 100 Missions in 10 Years initiative.

OAKLEY, OHIO

On Sept. 27, Beautiful Savior, Oakley, Ohio, launched its public worship with 85 people, almost half of whom were first-time guests, in attendance at the first service.
