DAKOTA-MONTANA

Grace, Minot, N.D., dedicated its newly remodeled worship facility on Oct. 30, 2022. This WELS home mission received support from WELS Church Extension Fund, Inc., for this project.

St. John, Stanton, Neb., celebrated its 150th anniversary on Sept. 19, 2022.

MINNESOTA

The 2022 West Regional Choral Fest was held at Bethany Lutheran College, Mankato, Minn., on Nov. 4-6, 2022. Ten WELS high school choirs performed a pops concert and a sacred concert.

SOUTHEASTERN WISCONSIN

Twelve WELS high schools participated in the 2022 East Regional Choral Fest held at Wisconsin Lutheran High School, Milwaukee, Wis., on Nov. 4-6, 2022. The theme for the weekend was “Rest secure.”

ARIZONA-CALIFORNIA

Mount Calvary, Redding, Calif., held an art in the park event on the fourth Saturday of each month during the summer of 2022.

WESTERN WISCONSIN

Western wisconsin ribbon cutting
Zion, Leeds, Wis., celebrated the grand opening of its second site in Lodi, Wis., in October 2022. The mission is financially supported by Zion, but the Board for Home Missions approved it as an unsubsidized home mission in 2022, which allows Zion to access support from Home Missions such as the help of a mission counselor.
